Marcela Notes: I fucking LOVE this movie. I can't think of a better example of a remake of a cult classic Italian cinema masterpiece being done BETTER but in a completely new and respectful way, not just trying to crank out a less good American version. I was absolutely obsessed with this for a while and would watch it every single day and catch new things still every time I watch it again. No loose ends- immaculate cast, acting, script, music (Thom York killed it), editing, *chef's kiss* sign me up for ballet class stat. 

Fun Fact: Tilda Swinton plays three different characters in the movie, including Madame Blanc, Dr. Klemperer, and the super sexy Mother Markos.
