Plot: Superstar Mother Mary reunites with her estranged best friend and former costume designer Sam Anselm on the eve of her comeback performance, forcing buried wounds and old resentments back to the surface.

Marcela Notes: Not bad, but disappointing after the marketing they chose. Its more about a dress and less about Anne Hathaway being a popstar, with heavy gay undertones so that's a plus. I thought I was going to love this soundtrack but even the pop songs fell flat for me despite being written by Charli XCX and Jack(ass) Antonoff. 

Fun Fact: SPOILER. The ghostly Red Woman was created without CGI. Artist Daniel Wurtzel used lightweight fabric and air to create the character's constantly moving form.
