Marcela Notes: Absolutely Alex Garland's WEIRDEST film. The visual equivalent of wearing a shirt with a tag that constantly and uncomfortable scratches at your back, never letting you relax. *Very* intense if you're on the fence about watching or don't want to feel like, pretty bad, once it ends, I'd say maybe skip. Extremely uncomfortable and off-putting, so, you know I fw it. I sweaaaaaaar Jesse Buckley was cast in Hamnet because of her performance in this- I hear you, primal scream! Men really do ruin everything, even nature agrees.
