Plot: After young Max loses his Christmas spirit during a miserable family holiday, he accidentally summons Krampus, a horned Christmas demon who proceeds to punish the entire family.

Marcela Notes: Dude, my house is so old that Krampus would fall right through it with his heavy ass hooves and it would be so embarrassing for him. Anywho. S'cute. Got some super cheese but also some freights. I kind of hate that Krampus's face doesn't move? Der Klown scares the shit out of me and Toni Collette's reaction to it lives rent free in my brain- absolute disgut. A fun cast and time, but tbh I wish it had taken itsself a little more serious. Still love watching every Christmas season! 

Fun Fact: A lot of the movie's creatures were made by Wētā Workshop, the New Zealand effects company behind the creature work on The Lord of the Rings.
